### sec.557 Existing reserves and deeds of grant in trust for prescribed former schedule 1 purposes This section applies to the extent that, immediately before the commencement, the land was land dedicated as a reserve, or granted in trust, for a prescribed former schedule 1 purpose. On the commencement, the land is taken to be land dedicated as a reserve, or granted in trust, for the corresponding community purpose for the prescribed former schedule 1 purpose. s 557 ins 2024 No. 12 s 71 (sec.557-ssec.1) This section applies to the extent that, immediately before the commencement, the land was land dedicated as a reserve, or granted in trust, for a prescribed former schedule 1 purpose.
