### sec.547 Other things done by or in relation to chief executive
This section applies to anything done by or in relation to the chief executive under this Act before the commencement in relation to a registry function if—
were the thing done after the commencement, the thing would be done by or in relation to the registrar of titles; and
the thing is not otherwise dealt with by a provision of this part.
From the commencement, the thing done by or in relation to the chief executive is, if the context permits, taken to have been done by or in relation to the registrar of titles.
This Act applies in relation to the thing taken to have been done by or in relation to the registrar of titles with necessary changes.
Without limiting any other provision of this part, a regulation may—
declare an act done or omission made under this Act before the commencement to be an act or omission to which this section applies; and
provide for how the provisions of this Act apply in relation to a thing taken to have been done by or in relation to the registrar of titles under this section.
