### sec.545 Approved forms continue as approved forms of registrar of titles This section applies to a form approved by the chief executive under former section 444 that is in force immediately before the commencement. From the commencement, the form is taken to be— if the form was approved for use other than in relation to the land registry—a form approved by the chief executive under new section 444(1); or if the form was approved for use in relation to the land registry—a form approved by the registrar of titles under new section 444(2). s 545 ins 2021 No. 12 s 94 (sec.545-ssec.1) This section applies to a form approved by the chief executive under former section 444 that is in force immediately before the commencement.
