### sec.537 Particular applications taken to have been made to the chief executive
This section applies if—
immediately before the commencement, a provision of this Act required or permitted an application to be made to the Minister; and
former section 23A, 34H or 38G
on the commencement—
the provision requires or permits the application to be made to the chief executive; and
the application has not been decided.
The application is taken to have been made to the chief executive.

(sec.537-ssec.1) This section applies if— immediately before the commencement, a provision of this Act required or permitted an application to be made to the Minister; and former section 23A, 34H or 38G on the commencement— the provision requires or permits the application to be made to the chief executive; and the application has not been decided.
(sec.537-ssec.2) The application is taken to have been made to the chief executive.
