### sec.531 Existing disputes New chapter 6, part 4, division 3A applies in relation to a dispute mentioned in new section 339B whether the dispute started before or after the commencement. However, new chapter 6, part 4, division 3A does not apply in relation to a dispute if, before the commencement, the dispute was referred to mediation under former section 339B. s 531 ins 2019 No. 17 s 47 (sec.531-ssec.1) New chapter 6, part 4, division 3A applies in relation to a dispute mentioned in new section 339B whether the dispute started before or after the commencement.
