### sec.52A Declaration that trustee is statutory body
The trustee of trust land, in the capacity as trustee, is a statutory body for the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 .
Subsection (1) applies despite the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 , section 6 (1) .
Under the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 , section 6 (1) various entities are not statutory bodies, including, for example, a company incorporated under the Corporations Act and a GOC.
The Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 , part 2B sets out the way in which the powers of the trustee under this Act are affected by the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 .
