### sec.521ZG Particular conditions about land management agreements for relevant term leases This section applies to a relevant term lease in force on the commencement that is subject to a condition imposed under section 203(g). If, under section 521ZE, the Minister cancels the land management agreement for the lease— the condition is taken to have been cancelled; and the chief executive must amend the leasehold land register to show the condition has been cancelled. The amendment of the register may be made despite any other provision of the Act . s 521ZG ins 2013 No. 23 s 106 (sec.521ZG-ssec.1) This section applies to a relevant term lease in force on the commencement that is subject to a condition imposed under section 203(g). (sec.521ZG-ssec.2) If, under section 521ZE, the Minister cancels the land management agreement for the lease— the condition is taken to have been cancelled; and the chief executive must amend the leasehold land register to show the condition has been cancelled.
