### sec.521E Divesting and vesting trust land This section applies if a trustee of trust land is a trustee— mentioned in section 44(2)(c) or (e) as in force immediately before the commencement of this section; and represents the State. On the commencement of this section, the trust land is vested in the State as trustee of the land. The chief executive must register the vesting. s 521E ins 2007 No. 19 s 199 (amd 2007 No. 57 s 24 ) (sec.521E-ssec.1) This section applies if a trustee of trust land is a trustee— mentioned in section 44(2)(c) or (e) as in force immediately before the commencement of this section; and represents the State. (sec.521E-ssec.2) On the commencement of this section, the trust land is vested in the State as trustee of the land.
