### sec.518 Existing powers of attorney
A power of attorney forms part of the power of attorney register under the Land Title Act 1994 if it was—
registered under the repealed Act; or
lodged before the commencement and was capable of registration under the repealed Act.
- (a) registered under the repealed Act; or
- (b) lodged before the commencement and was capable of registration under the repealed Act.
