### sec.496 Current applications
All current miners homestead applications and all dealings with a miners homestead, the subject of a current miners homestead application, must be dealt with as if the repealed miners homestead Acts had not been repealed.
If a miners homestead is transferred while it is the subject of a current miners homestead application, the application continues and is taken to have been made by the transferee.
A current miners homestead application ceases to be a current miners homestead application on the day it is rejected, or on the day the offer lapses.
(sec.496-ssec.1) All current miners homestead applications and all dealings with a miners homestead, the subject of a current miners homestead application, must be dealt with as if the repealed miners homestead Acts had not been repealed.
