### sec.481I Person to give up possession on cancellation or absolute surrender
On the cancellation or absolute surrender of all or part of an occupation licence, a person occupying the land the subject of the cancellation or surrender must immediately vacate the land.
A person who does not give up possession under subsection (1) , and is not otherwise entitled to possession, is a person who is unlawfully occupying the land the subject of the cancellation or surrender.

(sec.481I-ssec.1) On the cancellation or absolute surrender of all or part of an occupation licence, a person occupying the land the subject of the cancellation or surrender must immediately vacate the land.
