### sec.463 Deed of grant to issue A deed of grant must be issued for land contained in a post-Wolfe freeholding lease when— the conditions of the lease have been complied with; and the purchase price and all relevant fees have been paid; and if needed—a survey plan has been lodged in the land registry. The deed of grant is issued subject to all the encumbrances to which the lease was subject and in the same priorities. s 463 amd 2023 No. 2 s 108 sch 1 (sec.463-ssec.1) A deed of grant must be issued for land contained in a post-Wolfe freeholding lease when— the conditions of the lease have been complied with; and the purchase price and all relevant fees have been paid; and if needed—a survey plan has been lodged in the land registry.
