### sec.43F Notices about deed of grant
The chief executive must give notice of the registration of a deed of grant over the land or a part of the land to—
the trustee for the operational deed of grant in trust; and
each person given a notice under section 43B (2) or (3) or 43C (3) in relation to the deed of grant.
The notice under subsection (1) must state the following—
the day of registration of the deed of grant;
the effect of sections 43E and 43G .
If the Governor in Council does not issue a deed of grant over the land or a part of the land in accordance with a recommendation under section 43D , the chief executive must give notice of the fact to each person mentioned in subsection (1) .

(sec.43F-ssec.1) The chief executive must give notice of the registration of a deed of grant over the land or a part of the land to— the trustee for the operational deed of grant in trust; and each person given a notice under section 43B (2) or (3) or 43C (3) in relation to the deed of grant.
(sec.43F-ssec.2) The notice under subsection (1) must state the following— the day of registration of the deed of grant; the effect of sections 43E and 43G .
(sec.43F-ssec.3) If the Governor in Council does not issue a deed of grant over the land or a part of the land in accordance with a recommendation under section 43D , the chief executive must give notice of the fact to each person mentioned in subsection (1) .
- (a) the trustee for the operational deed of grant in trust; and
- (b) each person given a notice under section 43B (2) or (3) or 43C (3) in relation to the deed of grant.
