### sec.431ZC Notice of entry
A relevant person who intends to enter adjacent land under this part must give the occupier of the land written notice of the entry.
The written notice must state the following matters—
the relevant person is permitted, under this Act, to enter the adjacent land without consent or a warrant to carry out authorised activities on relevant land;
the period during which the entry will be made;
the authorised activities that will be carried out on the relevant land;
the period during which the authorised activities mentioned in paragraph (c) will be carried out;
the number of persons and things the relevant person intends to take into or over the adjacent land to carry out the authorised activities mentioned in paragraph (c) .
However, before the relevant person gives the written notice under subsection (1) , the relevant person must make a reasonable attempt to contact the occupier of the adjacent land and obtain the occupier’s consent to the entry.

(sec.431ZC-ssec.1) A relevant person who intends to enter adjacent land under this part must give the occupier of the land written notice of the entry.
(sec.431ZC-ssec.2) The written notice must state the following matters— the relevant person is permitted, under this Act, to enter the adjacent land without consent or a warrant to carry out authorised activities on relevant land; the period during which the entry will be made; the authorised activities that will be carried out on the relevant land; the period during which the authorised activities mentioned in paragraph (c) will be carried out; the number of persons and things the relevant person intends to take into or over the adjacent land to carry out the authorised activities mentioned in paragraph (c) .
(sec.431ZC-ssec.3) However, before the relevant person gives the written notice under subsection (1) , the relevant person must make a reasonable attempt to contact the occupier of the adjacent land and obtain the occupier’s consent to the entry.
- (a) the relevant person is permitted, under this Act, to enter the adjacent land without consent or a warrant to carry out authorised activities on relevant land;
- (b) the period during which the entry will be made;
- (c) the authorised activities that will be carried out on the relevant land;
- (d) the period during which the authorised activities mentioned in paragraph (c) will be carried out;
- (e) the number of persons and things the relevant person intends to take into or over the adjacent land to carry out the authorised activities mentioned in paragraph (c) .
