### sec.431Z Other Acts not affected This part does not affect the operation of any other provision of this Act, or any provision of another Act, in relation to a declared beach area. Without limiting subsection (1) , a person’s exercise of a right of public use of a declared beach area under this part, including under use conditions applying to the declared beach area, is subject to the operation of any other provision of this Act, or any provision of another Act, applying to the area. s 431Z ins 2014 No. 45 s 61 amd 2017 No. 10 s 42 sch 1 pt 2 (sec.431Z-ssec.1) This part does not affect the operation of any other provision of this Act, or any provision of another Act, in relation to a declared beach area.
