### sec.431U Notice to owner before making of regulation
The Minister may recommend to the Governor in Council the making of a regulation declaring a part of a lot to be a declared beach area only if the Minister is reasonably satisfied notice has been given as required under this section.
The Minister must give the owner of the lot a written notice stating the intention to declare a part of the lot a declared beach area.
The notice must include a reasonably approximate indication of the boundaries of the proposed declared beach area.
