### sec.431C Further evidentiary aids
A certificate purporting to be signed by the chief executive stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter—
a stated document is one of the following things made, given, or issued under this Act—
an appointment;
a decision;
a stated document is a copy of a thing mentioned in paragraph (a) ;
on a stated day, or during a stated period, a person’s appointment as an authorised officer was, or was not, in force;
on a stated day, a stated requirement was made of a stated person;
that on a stated day, or during a stated period, a stated notice was published on the department’s website.

- (a) a stated document is one of the following things made, given, or issued under this Act— (i) an appointment; (ii) a decision;
- (i) an appointment;
- (ii) a decision;
- (b) a stated document is a copy of a thing mentioned in paragraph (a) ;
- (c) on a stated day, or during a stated period, a person’s appointment as an authorised officer was, or was not, in force;
- (d) on a stated day, a stated requirement was made of a stated person;
- (e) that on a stated day, or during a stated period, a stated notice was published on the department’s website.
- (i) an appointment;
- (ii) a decision;
