### sec.426 Decision on reconsideration After reviewing the original decision, the Minister must make a further decision (the review decision ) to confirm the original decision, amend the original decision or substitute a new decision. The chief executive must immediately give the applicant notice of the decision. The notice must state— the day the notice is given to the applicant (the review notice day ); and if the review decision is not the decision sought by the applicant— the reasons for the decision; and that the applicant may appeal against the decision to the court within 42 days after the review notice day. s 426 amd 1997 No. 78 s 60 ; 2013 No. 23 s 352 sch 1 pt 1 (sec.426-ssec.1) After reviewing the original decision, the Minister must make a further decision (the review decision ) to confirm the original decision, amend the original decision or substitute a new decision.
