### sec.420H Particular grounds for refusal generally not exhaustive
This section applies if another provision of this Act provides for particular grounds on which a person may refuse an application.
section 420F
To remove any doubt, unless the other provision otherwise provides, the person may refuse the application on another reasonable and relevant ground.
In this section—
refuse , an application, includes to refuse the thing the subject of the application.
