### sec.420D Refusal of frivolous or vexatious applications An application may be refused on the ground that it is frivolous or vexatious. Subsection (1) does not limit any other ground for refusing the application. s 420D ins 2007 No. 19 s 190 (sec.420D-ssec.1) An application may be refused on the ground that it is frivolous or vexatious.
