### sec.420CA Requirements for giving notice of intention to apply
This section applies if a person is required or permitted to give notice of the person’s intention to make an application (the proposed application ) under this Act.
The notice must state the following—
the purpose of the proposed application;
that the entity given the notice may make a submission against the proposed application to the person or the chief executive;
that the submission must be in writing;
the closing day for making the submission;
the place where, or the way in which, the submission must be lodged.

(sec.420CA-ssec.1) This section applies if a person is required or permitted to give notice of the person’s intention to make an application (the proposed application ) under this Act.
(sec.420CA-ssec.2) The notice must state the following— the purpose of the proposed application; that the entity given the notice may make a submission against the proposed application to the person or the chief executive; that the submission must be in writing; the closing day for making the submission; the place where, or the way in which, the submission must be lodged.
