### sec.418 Discretion of Magistrates Court about orders
In a proceeding under this part, the Magistrates Court may make any order (a trespass order ) it considers appropriate.
Without limiting subsection (1) , the court may order that—
a person leave the land and not return; or
a person remove from the land improvements, goods (including stock) or anything else; or
a person not remove from the land improvements, goods (including stock) or anything else; or
a person remove anything enclosing the land; or
improvements, goods (including stock) or anything else be forfeited to the State or someone else; or
work be performed on the land by a person to rectify damage to the land by the person; or
the cost of the work to be performed on the land be a debt owing by the person to the State or someone else.
