### sec.41 Survey not needed
A deed of grant in trust may be issued even if it has not been surveyed.
If the deed of grant is not surveyed before it is issued, the land must be described in a way approved by the registrar of titles.
If a more accurate description of the land, including exclusions, becomes available, the registrar of titles must substitute the description for the previous description in the freehold land register.

(sec.41-ssec.1) A deed of grant in trust may be issued even if it has not been surveyed.
