### sec.408 Forfeiture of improvements and other things on land
This section applies if a person to whom a trespass notice is given—
does not comply with the notice; and
does not start a proceeding under this division within the relevant period.
On the expiry of the relevant period, any improvements, goods or anything else belonging to the person that is on the land the subject of the trespass notice is forfeited to the State.
In this section—
goods includes stock.

(sec.408-ssec.1) This section applies if a person to whom a trespass notice is given— does not comply with the notice; and does not start a proceeding under this division within the relevant period.
(sec.408-ssec.2) On the expiry of the relevant period, any improvements, goods or anything else belonging to the person that is on the land the subject of the trespass notice is forfeited to the State.
(sec.408-ssec.3) In this section— goods includes stock.
- (a) does not comply with the notice; and
- (b) does not start a proceeding under this division within the relevant period.
