### sec.403V Change in purchase price or cash premium if offer period extended This section applies if— an offer includes a purchase price, or a cash premium, that is not fixed by reference to a particular date; and the offeror extends the period for which the offer is valid under section 403R (3) or (4) . The offeror may amend the offer to change the purchase price or cash premium.
