### sec.403I Safety notice requiring repair, rectification or fencing This section applies if— a person is given a safety notice under section 403G (2) (a) or (b) ; and the person fails to comply with the notice, whether or not the person has been convicted of an offence against section 403H for the noncompliance. The State may— take the safety action required under the safety notice; and recover from the person the reasonable costs of taking the safety action as a debt due to the State. s 403I ins 2019 No. 7 s 205 (sec.403I-ssec.1) This section applies if— a person is given a safety notice under section 403G (2) (a) or (b) ; and the person fails to comply with the notice, whether or not the person has been convicted of an offence against section 403H for the noncompliance.
