### sec.403F Ending show cause process without further action If, after considering the accepted representations for the show cause notice, the chief executive no longer believes a ground exists to give the safety notice, the chief executive— must not take any further action about the show cause notice; and must give the person a notice that no further action is to be taken about the show cause notice. Subsection (1) does not prevent the chief executive giving the person a safety notice under section 403G (2) (a) or (b) in relation to the same building, structure or equipment. s 403F ins 2019 No. 7 s 205 (sec.403F-ssec.1) If, after considering the accepted representations for the show cause notice, the chief executive no longer believes a ground exists to give the safety notice, the chief executive— must not take any further action about the show cause notice; and must give the person a notice that no further action is to be taken about the show cause notice.
