### sec.391A General provision about approvals
If this Act permits or requires the Minister, chief executive or registrar of titles to give approval for a matter or thing, the approval may be given subject to the conditions the Minister, chief executive or registrar considers appropriate.
If a document requires the Minister’s or the chief executive’s approval to be registered, the Minister or the chief executive may tell the person seeking to register it that the approval will be given subject to conditions the Minister or the chief executive considers appropriate for the document.
An advice under subsection (2) may be considered to be an ‘in principle’ approval.
When the conditions are complied with, the Minister or the chief executive may give the approval by executing the appropriate form.
