### sec.390ZZD Criminal history is confidential document
A person must not, directly or indirectly, disclose to anyone else a report about a person’s criminal history, or information contained in the report, given under section 390ZZC .
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
However, the person does not contravene subsection (1) if—
the disclosure of the report or information is for the purpose of the other person performing a function in relation to this Act; or
the disclosure of the report or information is otherwise required or permitted by law.
The chief executive or an authorised officer to whom the report or written information in the report is provided must destroy the report or written information as soon as practicable after the authorised officer considers the risk mentioned in section 390ZZB .
