### sec.390ZZ Power to require information
This section applies if an authorised officer reasonably believes—
an offence against this Act has been committed or a condition of a lease, licence or permit has been breached; and
a person may be able to give information about the offence or breach.
The authorised officer may, by notice given to the person, require the person to give the authorised officer information related to the offence or breach by a stated reasonable time.
For information that is an electronic document, compliance with the requirement requires the giving of a clear image or written version of the electronic document.
In this section—
information includes a document.

(sec.390ZZ-ssec.1) This section applies if an authorised officer reasonably believes— an offence against this Act has been committed or a condition of a lease, licence or permit has been breached; and a person may be able to give information about the offence or breach.
