### sec.390ZC Application of division
The powers under this division may be exercised if an authorised officer enters a place under section 390N (1) (a) , (b) , (c) , (d) , (e) , (g) or (h) .
However, if the authorised officer enters under section 390N (1) (a) or (h) , the powers under this division are subject to any conditions of the consent or terms of the warrant.
