### sec.390L References to exercise of powers If— a provision of this Act refers to the exercise of a power by an authorised officer; and there is no reference to a specific power; the reference is to the exercise of all or any authorised officers’ powers under this chapter or a warrant, to the extent the powers are relevant. s 390L ins 2019 No. 7 s 203 - (a) a provision of this Act refers to the exercise of a power by an authorised officer; and - (b) there is no reference to a specific power;
