### sec.38F Person to give up possession
On the cancellation of a deed of grant in trust under this division, a person occupying the land the subject of the cancellation must immediately vacate the land.
A person who does not give up possession under subsection (1) , and is not otherwise entitled to possession, is a person who is unlawfully occupying unallocated State land.
Action for trespassing may be taken under chapter 7 , part 2 .

(sec.38F-ssec.1) On the cancellation of a deed of grant in trust under this division, a person occupying the land the subject of the cancellation must immediately vacate the land.
(sec.38F-ssec.2) A person who does not give up possession under subsection (1) , and is not otherwise entitled to possession, is a person who is unlawfully occupying unallocated State land. Action for trespassing may be taken under chapter 7 , part 2 .
