### sec.389B Effect on writ of execution of transfer after sale by chief executive
This section applies if—
a writ of execution has been registered in relation to a lease; and
the chief executive has sold the lease under chapter 5 , part 4 , division 3A , subdivision 4 .
If the chief executive executes a transfer of the lease for the purposes of the sale—
the registration of the writ of execution does not prevent registration of the transfer; and
on registration of the transfer, the registrar of titles must cancel registration of the writ of execution.

(sec.389B-ssec.1) This section applies if— a writ of execution has been registered in relation to a lease; and the chief executive has sold the lease under chapter 5 , part 4 , division 3A , subdivision 4 .
(sec.389B-ssec.2) If the chief executive executes a transfer of the lease for the purposes of the sale— the registration of the writ of execution does not prevent registration of the transfer; and on registration of the transfer, the registrar of titles must cancel registration of the writ of execution.
- (a) a writ of execution has been registered in relation to a lease; and
- (b) the chief executive has sold the lease under chapter 5 , part 4 , division 3A , subdivision 4 .
