### sec.373ZK Transfer of lease affecting interest This section applies if— lease land is subject to an indigenous cultural interest; and a transfer of the lease for the lease land is registered. For this Act— the transferee is taken to be a party to the approved agreement for the indigenous cultural interest in place of the transferor; and the rights and responsibilities of the transferor under the approved agreement become the rights and responsibilities of the transferee. s 373ZK ins 2013 No. 2 s 129 (sec.373ZK-ssec.1) This section applies if— lease land is subject to an indigenous cultural interest; and a transfer of the lease for the lease land is registered.
