### sec.373I Requirements of document creating profit a prendre A document creating a profit a prendre must— be validly executed; and include a description sufficient to identify the lease the subject of the profit a prendre; and include a description of the profit a prendre to which the lease is subject, including the period for which the profit a prendre is to be enjoyed. Subsection (1) does not limit the matters that the appropriate form for a document creating a profit a prendre may require to be included in the document. The period mentioned in subsection (1) (c) must not be longer than the term of the lease. s 373I ins 2004 No. 4 s 41 (sec.373I-ssec.1) A document creating a profit a prendre must— be validly executed; and include a description sufficient to identify the lease the subject of the profit a prendre; and include a description of the profit a prendre to which the lease is subject, including the period for which the profit a prendre is to be enjoyed.
