### sec.373G Profit a prendre by registration
With the chief executive’s written approval, a lease may be made the subject of a profit a prendre by registering the document creating the profit a prendre over the lease.
However, the chief executive’s approval is not required if the profit a prendre is a forest consent agreement.

(sec.373G-ssec.1) With the chief executive’s written approval, a lease may be made the subject of a profit a prendre by registering the document creating the profit a prendre over the lease.
