### sec.373C Amending document creating covenant
A covenant may be amended by registering a document amending the covenant.
The amending document may be registered only if—
it is validly executed; and
the chief executive has given written approval to the amendment.
However, the amending document must not—
increase or decrease the area of land the subject of the covenant; or
add or remove a party to the covenant.

(sec.373C-ssec.1) A covenant may be amended by registering a document amending the covenant.
(sec.373C-ssec.2) The amending document may be registered only if— it is validly executed; and the chief executive has given written approval to the amendment.
(sec.373C-ssec.3) However, the amending document must not— increase or decrease the area of land the subject of the covenant; or add or remove a party to the covenant.
