### sec.373AB Compliance with s 373A A registered document of covenant is taken not to be registered under this Act to the extent it is inconsistent with section 373A . Subsection (1) has effect only in relation to documents of covenant registered after the commencement of this section. The registrar of titles may refuse to register a document creating or purporting to create a covenant if the registrar is satisfied it is to any extent inconsistent with section 373A .
