### sec.370 Amending an easement
A registered easement may be amended by registering a document amending the easement.
However, the document of amendment must not—
change the location of the easement; or
increase or decrease the area of land affected by the easement; or
change a party to the easement.
Section 363 applies to this section.

(sec.370-ssec.1) A registered easement may be amended by registering a document amending the easement.
