### sec.367 Easement benefiting and burdening land of same person
An easement may be registered even if—
the land benefited and the land burdened by the easement are owned by the same person; or
the owner of the land benefited by the easement holds an interest in the land burdened by the easement.
- (a) the land benefited and the land burdened by the easement are owned by the same person; or
- (b) the owner of the land benefited by the easement holds an interest in the land burdened by the easement.
