### sec.365 Particulars to be registered
When an easement is registered, the following particulars must be recorded in the appropriate registers—
the land burdened by the easement;
any land benefited by the easement;
any registered sublease (or, if the land is freehold land, registered lease) benefited or burdened by the easement.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that subsection (1) applies even if the appropriate registers are for both freehold and non-freehold land.
A public utility easement for water storage burdens the whole of the land any part of which may be affected by the storage.
Further dealings affecting the easement must also be registered in the appropriate registers.
