### sec.360F Notice of registration of amendment of lease
If an amendment of a lease is registered under section 360 (2) , 360A (5) or 360B (2) , the chief executive must give notice to the lessee of the lease and each person given notice about the proposed amendment under section 360D (either a relevant person ).
The notice must include both of the following—
the date of registration of the amendment;
the particulars of the amendment.
If the designated person does not approve of an amendment to the description of a lease, notice of the fact must be given to each relevant person.
