### sec.340 Registering a mortgage
A lease or a sublease may be mortgaged by registering a mortgage.
If the mortgagor is registered as a trustee, a document stating the details of the trust, or the document creating the trust, must be deposited with the mortgage, unless—
a document has already been produced for the trust under section 374 (2) or deposited under section 375 (2) with a transfer; and
the details of the trust have not since changed.

(sec.340-ssec.1) A lease or a sublease may be mortgaged by registering a mortgage.
