### sec.34 Applying to revoke dedication of reserve
A person may apply for the revocation of the dedication of all or part of a reserve.
However, before applying, the person must give notice of the person’s intention to make the application to—
if the person is not the trustee of the reserve—the trustee of the reserve; and
each person with a registered interest in the reserve.
The person may also give notice to any other person the first person considers has an interest in the reserve.

(sec.34-ssec.1) A person may apply for the revocation of the dedication of all or part of a reserve.
(sec.34-ssec.2) However, before applying, the person must give notice of the person’s intention to make the application to— if the person is not the trustee of the reserve—the trustee of the reserve; and each person with a registered interest in the reserve.
(sec.34-ssec.3) The person may also give notice to any other person the first person considers has an interest in the reserve.
- (a) if the person is not the trustee of the reserve—the trustee of the reserve; and
- (b) each person with a registered interest in the reserve.
