### sec.339L Costs of mediation The parties to the dispute must pay the mediator the costs of the mediation in equal shares. If section 339C (2) applies to the dispute, all related sublessees must be treated as a single party to the dispute for subsection (1) . This section does not apply if the parties to the dispute and the mediator agree on how the costs of the mediation will be paid. s 339L ins 2019 No. 17 s 41 (sec.339L-ssec.1) The parties to the dispute must pay the mediator the costs of the mediation in equal shares.
