### sec.339J Time for mediation
The parties to the dispute may agree to a time for the mediation.
A party to the dispute may request the mediator to set a time for the mediation if—
another party to the dispute does not comply with section 339G to the extent that section applies to the other party; or
the parties are otherwise unable to agree to a time.
If a request is made to the mediator under subsection (2) , the mediator must set a time for the mediation after consulting with each party to the dispute.

(sec.339J-ssec.1) The parties to the dispute may agree to a time for the mediation.
(sec.339J-ssec.2) A party to the dispute may request the mediator to set a time for the mediation if— another party to the dispute does not comply with section 339G to the extent that section applies to the other party; or the parties are otherwise unable to agree to a time.
(sec.339J-ssec.3) If a request is made to the mediator under subsection (2) , the mediator must set a time for the mediation after consulting with each party to the dispute.
