### sec.339H Requirement for mediation before arbitration This section applies if— the responder does not comply with section 339G (1) , (2) or (3) ; or the notifier does not comply with section 339G (5) ; or the parties to the dispute comply with section 339G , to the extent that section applies to each party, and the dispute remains unresolved.
