### sec.339C Related disputes may be resolved together This section applies if— for 2 or more related subleases, there are disputes ( related disputes ) to which this division applies; and each related dispute is about— an identical, or substantially similar, term in each related sublease; or identical, or substantially similar, conduct of the sublessor in relation to each related sublease; and each related sublessee has complied with subdivision 2 to the extent that subdivision applies to the related sublessee. The related disputes must be resolved under subdivision 3 or 4 in the same dispute resolution process, by the same mediator or arbitrator, if— the related sublessees agree to the disputes being resolved in that way; and the mediator or arbitrator agrees to resolve the disputes in that way.
