### sec.339 Re-entry by sublessor
If a sublessor under a registered sublease lawfully re-enters and takes possession under the sublease, the sublessor may lodge a request for the registrar of titles to register the re-entry.
The interest of the sublessee ends on the registration of the request for the re-entry.
